Holly Hoffman is a speaker, trainer, facilitator, and coach with more than 20 years of leadership experience at The Walt Disney Company. During her time at Disney, she hired, trained, and mentored thousands of cast members. She served as an instructor for The Disney University and a senior facilitator for Disney Institute, teaching countless cast members, leaders, and teams around the globe how intentional culture and service excellence drive meaningful results. 

Today, as the founder of It IS Personal, Holly challenges leaders and teams to build cultures where people are truly seen, heard, celebrated, and held accountable.

Her philosophy is simple yet powerful:  At the core of every successful team and thriving culture must be strong values, intentionality, and purpose.

Through storytelling, hands-on training, engaging keynotes, and creative coaching, Holly helps leaders identify their values and align them with daily actions. Liz Castañeda is a learning and development leader with more than 15 years of experience designing meaningful, results-driven learning experiences for global organizations. Her career has included leadership roles at Amazon and earlier work with The Walt Disney Company, where she strengthened her passion for people-centered culture and exceptional guest experiences. With roots in education and hospitality, she believes the most effective training meets people where they are and equips them with skills they can immediately apply.

As the founder of FabuLiz Solutions, Liz partners with organizations to turn learning into action. Through engaging workshops, coaching, and keynote presentations, she blends strategic insight, inclusive design, and relatable storytelling to help leaders elevate performance and build stronger, more connected teams. Her work is grounded in the belief that great learning should inspire, empower, and deliver measurable impact.
